Is there any way to modify the HTML template used for the html sitemap? I have a way I prefer mine to look...

Yes. Each website gets a copy of the HTML Header and Footer when it's created.
Navigate to C:\Program Files\KeyLimeTie\KeyLimeTie Sitemap Generator\sitemaps\(website)\ and edit htmlheader.htm and htmlfooter.htm.
Subsequent html file generations will use these templates.
