I ran the sitemap generator on three of my sites, and it seemed to work pretty good on two of them. On the third, it only seemed to pick up 2/3's of the urls, even after I passed in my own generated xml sitemap with all the urls.

Just wondering if I can have someone from customer support contact me to help me resolve this issue. I need to have this product create a sitemap with all the urls.

All URLs must be linked on the website in order to be found. If they are embedded in Flash or javascript, they most likely will not be found. This is true for our software, Google, Yahoo, Bing! and other search engines. If you believe your website is properly linked and you would like us to investigate, please PM us the chain of pages that are linked all the way to the URL of the page that cannot be found. For example, if the software isn't finding a page that shows a t-shirt for sale, send us something like this:

Home: http://www.mysite.com/
links to
Catalog: http://www.mysite.com/catalog/
links to
Shirts: http://www.mysite.com/catalog/shirts/
links to
T-Shirt: http://www.mysite.com/catalog/shirts/t-shirt.htm - this page cannot be found.
