I've tried spidering several sites but can't make the final XML sitemap include the <priority>0.5</priority> tags. They appear in the "Edit Results" but not in the final sitemap.
What am I doing wrong?

0.5 is the default priority and Google recommends not including it in the sitemap file(s) if it's 0.5.
The software is working properly.
