I'd like to export the results that give you all the title information etc. Is that possible yet?

also erased my preferences.

I found files listed that I had deleted.

I did't feel very confident in it's accuracy.

There is no way to specifically export the results from the software, but you could either:
a. Select all rows, Copy (Ctrl-C) and Paste (Ctrl-V) into a spreadsheet.
b. Or go to the physical files and import the cache.xml file into something like Excel.

Also, clearing the cache does not touch your preferences. You must have done something else.
