I ran the software against your entire site (almost 1,000 URLs) and it worked perfectly.
I remember when v4.1 came out, for one day it didn't extract titles perfectly.
It was found and fixed the next day. I bet you have that version.
I did email all licensed users of the problem...maybe you didn't have a license?
In any case, please download v4.1.2 at (beta release):

Just unzip the files to the software installation directory (and overwrite the existing versions).
Default installation directory: C:\Program Files\iArchitect\iArchitect Sitemap Generator\
After trying it out, please let me know how it works.
It's solid...it's v4.1.1 + one or two very minor fixes.
