Q: I downloaded the program but when I try to run it, I get an error.A: The only requirement for the software is the Microsoft .NET Framework version 2.0. New versions of Windows XP (SP2) automatically install it and all Vista versions have it installed, but most other computers don’t have it by default. You can download it at:

If you're having problem, temporarily disable your firewall or anti-spyware software to see if that's blocking it. If it then works, you'll need to add a rule to allow the software to communicate over the Internet.
Q: What should my preferences be set to?A: For most people, the default preferences are perfect. Some people might need to add an "Ignore Querystring" variables if their site adds variables to each URL for session control.
Q: What are HTML sitemaps?A: The software generates an HTML sitemap for you to submit to search engines that do not have "sitemap" programs. The HTML sitemap is just a list of all of your webpages...thats' it! By submitting an HTML sitemap to MSN, for example, you immediately tell them ALL of the URLs on your website without them needing to spider through you site and hoping they find everything. This can give you a huge advantage over your competition!
Q: Can I schedule my sitemaps be be built?A: Yes! This is the biggest enhancement to v4.0. The software can be scheduled to regenerate ALL of your Google, Yahoo and HTML sitesmaps every day, week or month. The software will spider your websites, regenerate the sitemaps, ftp or copy them to your website and notify Google.
Q: Do you have an affiliate or referral program?A: Not yet, but a lot of people have asked us about this. We're still thinking about it and hope to have it setup very soon. Any suggestions are welcome.
Q: I have a feature request...will you add it to the software?A: Probably. Most have been added, some are in the works, and others are on the "coming soon" list. We used to receive requests via email, but now ask everyone to submit them through the forum.
Q: How long does it take to get a license?A: As soon as you complete your purchase through PayPal, the website immediately creates your license. There is no wait.
