Could you detail the steps for upgrading from 4.1 to 4.2. We are a licensed user and have many existing site profiles defined which we don't want to have to recreate after upgrade. Firing off the 4.2 .exe returns an error message: Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel.
Thanks!

No problem.

First, just to be safe, I would backup the "sitemaps" folder where you installed the software (probably C:\Program Files\iArchitect\iArchitect Sitemap Generator).

To upgrade:
1. Go into 'Control Panel', 'Add or Remove Programs' and remove 'iArchitect Sitemap Generator'. Uninstallation will remove only the application files and not the website/sitemap files.
2. Run the v4.2 setup program and install the new version.

The software is installed in the same location as previous versions and will see the existing website/sitemap files.
