What does URI format not supported mean? It is when I try to have the sitemap placed into the .xml file on my website.

URI (aka URL) stands for "Uniform Resource Identifiers". Do you have a badly formed URL on your website. The software should handle it. Actually, this sounds more like a problem when trying to FTP or copy your sitemap somewhere.
Can you email me your sitemap folder? Go to your installation directory (default is: C:\Program Files\iArchitect\iArchitect Sitemap Generator\). In there, you'll see a sitemap folder. Either email me that folder or the subfolder of your website. I can then review your preferences and tell you what's happening.
Thanks, Brian

Thanks for your help on this matter. I need your email address so I can send you the folder. Actually it probably won't let me send a folder, but I can zip the file. Will that work?

Also, do you suggest including .jpg files in the sitemap? We sell pictures so it is a big part of our business to show images. But we have lots! Thanks.

I received your email and will get back to you shortly. No, images should not be in sitemap files.
