I see you have posted messages to other forums for application issues/questions.
This leads me to believe you didn't have a problem starting up the application.
What were you doing when this error occurred?

We cannot duplicate the issue and this is the only time we've heard of this happening.
It sounds like the .NET Framework may have had an installation issue.
Locking topic as we cannot provide more help and the application is still "functioning".
