Version 4.2 (Just downloaded).
I had a sitemap with around 800-1000 URL's in it.
Needed to change a group of the frequencies from one value to another.
Select rows where "loc" contains "2006" which correctly gave me a table of all the entries I wanted to change.
I then selected ALL the results and used change "changefreq" to monthly
After I hit apply changes, it had only changed 'some' of them.
I had to make multiple selections to find the entries it had not changed (by sorting by 'changefreq').
What am I doing wrong ;)
(Note, I'm an engineer by trade so I haven't even looked to see if there is a manual. You have my permission to shoot me down if I haven't RTFM)

ps. I was a long time user of 'another' sitemap generator, but not anymore...

Is this still happening? Can you PM us with your URL?
We tried it ourselves and it's working just fine.
Also, nobody else has had issues with this so we're guessing it has to do with your website data.
In any case, please PM us your URL and we'll investigate immediately.
