Also, when I click start on the "Spider Website" tab, it says that it can only be done 5 times in trial mode. But I haven't even done one.

The buttons to generate a sitemap are disabled until you spider the site.
Please PM me the URL you want to spider and I'll made it spider-able 5 more times so you can see the software work.
After that, you'll need to buy a license to have unlimited spidering for unlimited URLs.

Could this be one of the reasons? When I type in my email address and select save, I get this message.

Error validating license. Check your internet connection. Error: The request failed with HTTP status 407: Proxy Authentication Required ( The ISA Server requires authorization to fulfill the request. Access to the Web Proxy Filter is denied. )

Sounds like a firewall or anti-spam/anti-virus software is blocking outside access.
Please turn all of it off temporarily to get it working.
Then turn items on one at a time to see who's blocking it.
Then add a rule to allow the sitemap software through.

Yeah, we know what you mean. If your site isn't too large, spider it from home now to get the sitemap process going.

I spoke with my IT guy and he said that we need to load the proxy settings in the iArchitect settings somehow... Is that possible? Or do I have to have IT make changes in the firewall settings?

As long as you have internet access, it should work. The application uses port 80 (HTTP) for ALL communication.
Is it possible your local firewall or anti-spam/anti-virus software is blocking access to the application specifically?
Certain versions of this software (i.e. Norton and McAfee) will do this.

OK.. I think our IT dept. got the firewall straightened out because I don't have any error messages... but I tested it twice and then it said the trial was up. I thought I had 5 trial runs?

Please PM me the URL you want to spider and I'll make sure it isn't maxed out at 5 already.
