I cannot install version 5. It installed ok the first time. I had to uninstall now it will not install as it says there is already a newer version installed.
I have tried downloading from your site but the problem is still there.
I have just read a post further down saying uninstall the current version before installing version 5.
I tried this and now I am getting a new error #2869

Are you installing as an admin? This is a requirement for the installation.

Since there is no reply, we assume the use of an admin during installation worked.
Locking since there has not been a reply in almost 1 month.
