Are you having problems with your licensing server?

The software is telling me to check my connection, and goes into trial mode, but my connection is fine?

It has been doing this all day.

I daren't uninstall it, which I have liaised with Ron about, as I am unable to reinstall it again, as my system seems to think it is still installed when it isn't, and just rolls back out without installing it?

I had arranged for my wife to work, so I could set up several site maps, and the is now wasted.

Can you not set this software up in another way, so the license is not having to be verified every time I run the program?

We recently moved to newer, faster servers and had an issue with the licensing method.
The downtime was a few hours and we apologize for the inconvenience.
We will investigate the ability to authticate licenses only once or less often.
