For some reason, I generate the file for a sitemap and try to open the folder, and it does not exist. Therefore, I simply tried to open the file from the link in the "Sitemaps" tab. It says that the path to the file does not exist.
Therefore, I searched my computer for the file, and it is not there either.
What is going on?

You must be using Vista. Unfortunately, Vista installs software in different locations based on version of Vista and the user's rights. We have tested all of the versions/roles we are aware of and believe we have it resolved. Version 5.1 Beta was released a few weeks ago, but not officially released yet: http://forums.keylimetie.com/yaf_postst257_Update-Released.aspxWe have heard many positive comments regarding it and no negatives yet. We highly recommend you uninstall your current version and install this version. Then, respider your website and see if that resolves your issue. Thanks, KeyLimeTie

Hey, OK, so I tried to do that. I uninstalled the program and then tried to install the new one, and not it won't even let me install it. It is saying that there was an unexpected error during installation. The message states:
"The installer has encountered an unexpected error installnig this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. The error code is 2869"
So now I am stuck without anything...PLEASE HELP!

We have updated the installation application to hopefully account for your issue. Please re-download this file: http://www.keylimetie.com/Common/Downloads/KeyLimeTieSG51.zipAnd then run the installation and let us know how it works. Thank you, KeyLimeTie

Perfect. However, can I reactivate the Vista security thing as it keeps giving notifications that my computer is at risk. Was that just for the install?

Hi,
I just got finished indexing my site and went to get the sitemap and the file is not there. I am guessing this is because I reactivated that User setting.
Any ideas?

We're assuming you generated the sitemap files again. If so, can you click the "Click here to open a window to the sitemap files" link on the "Sitemaps" tab and email us a screenshot? We need to see where the software thinks the files are located.
Thanks, KeyLimeTie
