I am the systems manager @ Norwegian State Railways webpages/system (http://www.nsb.no)
I Bought the latest version of your sitemap Generator, but got some problems indexing the whole structure.
The generator only "see" the norwegians sections - and does not seem to see the english sections - any idea why?

We have a english flag that generate the url http://www.nsb.no/?lang=en_USSeems to me that the Sitemap generator adds an "/" - so the url shown in sitemap.xml is http://www.nsb.no/?lang=en_US/ Maybe thats the problem?

This URL format isn't currently supported, but we will make cahnges in the next version to support it.
