Could you please include some navigation at the top of the forum when accessing it within the program, as it is difficult trying to move around as-is.

The program shows the forums website through a browser, so it's very difficult to control the browser or add external navigation.
I'm not sure if you noticed, but the forums navigation is up above ion the black text.
You can click the "breadcrumbed" links to navigate through the website.
