after i got this error (FTP error), i did uninstall the program to re-install the fixed version but it don't work Vista, it gives an error that a newer version has already been installed.

Please post the error message.
You might want to uninstall the software and reinstall the version from our website.
There was an FTP error when we first released v5.0, but we quickly fixed it.
You may have downloaded the broken version too quickly for us to fix it.

I am having the same problem. It installed ok the first time. I had to uninstall now it will not install as it says there is already a newer version installed.
I have tried downloading from your site but the problem is still there.
I have just read a post further down saying uninstall the current version before installing version 5.
I tried this and now I am getting a new error #2869

Did you uninstall the previous version (iArchitect Sitemap Generator)?

Since there is no reply, we assume the uninstall/re-install worked.
Locking since there has not been a reply in almost 1 month.
