In earlier versions of iArchitect, the program would spider all my pages (more than 10,000). It will not do it in version 5. It does a few hundred pages and stops. I haven't changed anything to make this happen. I could use some help. Thanks. My web site is www.gotosnapshot.com.

hsegars,
When v5.0 first came out, we had an issue that was fixed within the first week.
We emailed everyone who had used it asking them to uninstall and download/reinstall v5.0.
Please try that and let us know if that works.
If it doesn't work, please specify a page that's not being found and what page it's on that is being found.
Thanks,
Brian

Brian:

I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling version 5. The problem has to do with the photo portion of my web site. It spiders some of the pages. I tried again yesterday and it spidered almost 500 pages. The issue is with http://www.gotosnapshot.com/cgi-bin/ImageFolio4/imageFolio.cgi. This is the program that I use for my photos. I have more than 7500 photos on my site and the program used to spider them all. It does not anymore. It spiders three or four specific folders and then stops. It gets all my other pages but has a problem with the cgi file. Thanks for any help that you can provide.

hsegars,

We just tried spidering your site and it found over 2,500 URLs within 10 seconds (then we stopped it).
If you are a registered user, please email us at support@keylimetie.com with the email address you purchased your software with along with the options.xml file for this website. We believe the preferences you have set is causing pages to be excluded.

Thanks,
Brian

This issue has been resolved in the current release.
Please uninstall the software, re-download the software and re-install it.
