I'm trying to disallow a folder on my site when compiling a sitemap. I've tried saving the Preferences many times, but the spider still hits the unwanted folder. What am I doing wrong?

Please email us a screenshot of your "Preferences" or email us the options.xml file for this website.
The options.xml file is located at (default installation folder):
C:\Program Files\KeyLimeTie\KeyLimeTie Sitemap Generator\sitemaps\<website URL>\options.xml
