I want to generate multiple sitemaps for one site, as I have a lot of pages. ie jobs, news etc. but I cant see any way of saving more than one config for the same domain. The alternative seems to be write down the settings, then change them manually and run the generator again, before changing them back. This seems a bit daft and I want to schedule the tasks anyway.

The ability to have multiple config files for one domain does not exist in our software. Google only allows for one sitemap per domain (and additional ones for subdomains), so we don;t understand the need for this. When you add a new profile, you can choose to copy the preferences from another website, but I think this is different from what you want.
