For two days now we have been trying to create the sitemap, the software keeps coming with errors, We ignored the run out of memory and kept restarting the program since we set it to save spider process every 100 pages, but once it reached around 260,000 the software keeps sending this error when we try to resume the spidering “end of stream encountered before parsing was completed.” we are unable to continue creating the sitemap. We tried to create the sitemap on 2 separate systems both has Intel core 2 DUO 2.33Ghz 4GB RAM and we kept getting the same error. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.

llc,
Sorry for the delay in responding. Due to recently added features, users are now experiencing this problem with sites over 200,000 URLs. While the new features are helpful, they consume some memory and lower the crawling threshold. We are still investigating the issue and hope to have resolution mid-next week. If you would like a refund, we certainly understand. We stand by our products.
Thanks, KeyLimeTie

Thanks, KeyLimeTie Thank you for the reply. We selected your product because we know your company stands by its product as well as the excellent customer service reputation your company has earned. We are more interested in getting the sitemap completed than a refund. If you like us to stand by till next week, we will be happy to do so.

We have narrowed the problem down to the Auto Save feature. Each time it completes an auto save, it is consuming a lot of memory to cache the data to physical files on the server. We are trying to find a way to minimize this and expect to have resolution tomorrow or the next day. If you would like a refund, we completely understand. We'll let you know when it is resolved.
Thanks, KeyLimeTie

dthardy, The problem is definitely in the Auto Save area. We disabled the this feature and the software spidered up to 2.2 million URLs before running out of memory (the machine we used has 4 GB of memory). We are still investigating the root cause and expect to have resolution later today. Thanks, KeyLimeTie

Thanks, KeyLimeTie Thank you, Please send me a refund till the issue is resolved. Once you resolve the issue, please drop us an email so we can repurchase the software again. The other option is not to send us a refund but instead create the full site map for us, then once the issue is resolved we can update and use the software at our convenience. Thank you so much for your outstanding service.

The refund has been sent. We have made progress on the software fix, but we also realize your software is too big for our software when run with 4GB memory. Even with caching turned off, we ran out of memory at 2.2 million URLs.
Thanks, KeyLimeTie
