Hi,
when I run the software, it spiders through my urls. I click generate sitemap, and I get a pop-up that says sitemap created. The problem is that no site map has been created. I have tried for 2 months now with no luck to get a sitemap created. I was last able to create a successful sitemap in March.
Please help!
FYI, the only thing that updates in the KeyLimeTie folder when I run the report and sitemaps is that the log is updated.

Something else must have changed. Did you upgrade to a newer version of Windows?
Since Vista, Windows has become more and more difficult to manage files due to a newer security model.
Please tell us your Windows version so we can help debug the issue.

I have Windows Vista Ultimate, but I haven't upgraded since I purchased the KeyLimeTie software...

On the Sitemaps tab, do you see the folders/files when you click on link "Click here to open a window to the sitemap files"?
