Install Issue - Windows XP SP3 Options

At the end of the installation I am receiving the following error:

InstallUtilLib.dll: Unknown error

Any ideas?

We researched this issue and it's definitely a configuration issue on your computer.
Does the software install properly and run? If so, ignore it.
If not, send me a PM and we'll email the software to you as a run time version (no need to install).
