I would like to see the next version include a pause button or resume button.
Why, according to the bottom of the application of Sitemap Generator 6.0 is the following statement.
For performance reasons, older messages are automatically removed after 5,000 entries are added. Click 'Export' to review all messages (even while spidering).
My website has over 45,000 web pages and I am assuming that at 5,000 complete URLs they will begin to drop off. For me to save them, it seems that I would need to export messages at every 5,000. This is tedious and time consuming and takes most of the day. So why not create a resume or pause button?

All messages are actually saved, they are just pruned in the window while it's running.
If you enabled "autosave" (recommended for large sites like yours), Pause is enabled.
