I was running Sitemap Generator 4.0, then 4.1, then 4.1.1, and they all were not only running slowly, but draining my system resources so badly that my whole PC was slowed down.

I finally fixed the problem and SG version 4.1.1 is running really smoothly, and almost all of the problems I was experiencing are either gone or significantly decreased. Granted, I've only been running the program for a day or so, but I have already seen dramatic improvement.

Here's what happened: when I uninstalled the programs and then installed the newer versions, there was no performance improvement.

However, when I uninstalled 4.1 and deleted the entire iArchitect folder from C:/Program Files (including all previous data, sitemaps, cache, etc.), and then installed 4.1.1, the program performance immediately, dramatically, increased.

If you are experiencing any memory or system resources drains, try this. For me it has been a complete panacea, increasing program performance by about 400%.

I am confident it has been resolved.
