Hi.
I recently bought a license for this software, and it seems really great. I do have a question though regarding the scheduling function of the software. As I cant really find any settings (besides frequency) to do I just want to make sure it works like I think it does.
If I have set a locale path to my website and left the FTP settings blank will it index my site, copy the XML to my website folder and notify Google of my changes?

I have another question.
I want to exclude certain pages from being indexed and I´ve tride the <meta name="robots" content="NOINDEX, FOLLOW" />- tag but the Google Sitemap Generator seems to ignore the tag. Is there another way to exclude pages?

Yes. On the Preferences tab, you can enter these pages in the "Ignore URL Strings". It will find partial matches and you should not try to use wildcards or regular expressions.
