I installed the newest version last night and did a site map, but I get an error message every time spidering is complete. I have tried installing on two different machines, but get the same errror each time. Then when I click on the "Edit Results" tab the page is blank and if I click on the "Generate Google site Map" button I get an error message saying Table 0 is empty. I had previously installed version 3.1 and simply installed the newest version in the same folder as I was not able to locate any way to uninstall the prevuious version. (Odd that it does not appear in the list of programs nor in the uninstall list nor in the start menu.) The new version picked up the previous site info.

Version 3.1 and earlier was a simple EXE program that required no "installation". You just download it and run it. For one day, I "Pre-Released" version 4.0 so people could use it right away...it just didn't have the scheduling service. Then last night, I published the final v4.0, complete with installation program and scheduling service. It sounds like you got the version available for only 1 day. In any case, it should have worked fine. Please post the URL you are spidering or send it to me in a Private Message. I can look at it for you and get you an answer tonight.

I downloaded the program becasue you sent me an email saying version 4 was ready so I presume this is the final version. The URL i am spidering is http://www.editfast.com. I have one query string omitted "SESSID".

I will check it out tonight. So you downloaded it after I sent out the email...you must have gone through the installation process, right? Then you should have an entry titled "iArchitect" in your programs menu. Please verify this all occurred.

Yes, I have the program in my programs menu. I installed it correctly using the setup.exe program. It is version 3.1 which I installed previously and which has no entry in the programs menu. This is correct as it was simply placed in the folder without any installation process as you explained. That first error looks familiar. This issue wasn't caught during testing and is now fixed. I will email you when the v4.0 is updated and should be downloaded again.

Problem solved in the latest version. Thanks Brian. As always your quick support and help are refreshing and I am glad to have purchased the sitemap generator.
